The app showcases big and beautiful images that can be viewed in full-screen by simply tapping on an image. Users can pinch and zoom to get a closer look at the image to ensure it's the perfect fit for their projects. These high-resolution images are optimized for all screen sizes, including iPad Pro.

In addition to images, the Getty Images app also allows users to search, preview, and play videos. Users can explore the extensive video collections, preview them on the detail page, or watch them in full screen.

Curated galleries are another valuable feature of the app. Users can easily browse through image galleries containing Getty Images' newest and best photography curated by their editors. From pop culture celebrities to the latest national and world events, these curated galleries provide a comprehensive visual experience.

Searching and filtering through Getty Images' vast collection of over 60 million creative, editorial, and archival images and videos is made easy with this app. The powerful search function allows users to find exactly what they're looking for while filters help narrow down the results to the desired images.

Downloading images is available for Getty Images Premium Access, Easy-access, Editorial Subscription, and UltraPack customers. Users can download image assets to their iPad or iPhone or directly to Dropbox. It's important to note that these downloads are subject to the terms of the Getty Images agreement. (Comps can also be downloaded; however, video downloads are not yet supported.)
